Are you looking for a fresh second course for your summer dinners? Then nothing is tastier than our tuna's cubes with Balsamic Vinegar; we propose a quick and fun recipe to prepare them! You can serve also a main course or as a snack for aperitifs. Keep on reading to discover how to prepare them!
Ingredients for 2 person
400 gr of tuna,100 ml of fresh cream, 20 mint leaves, 3 tablespoons of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena P.G.I., salt to taste, white pepper to taste, butter, extra virgin olive oil
Procedure
First cut the tuna into 2 cm cubes. Then clean and wash the radicchio: after having peeled, cut the leaves into squares of the same size as the tuna cubes.
In a non-stick pan, heat 10 grams of butter and two tablespoons of oil and brown the skewers for a minute and a half on each side, to get a tasty caramelization. At the end of cooking, add a final touch by blending with Balsamic vinegar and leave to reduce for one or two minutes.
At this point, pour the fresh cream in a bowl and add the chopped mint and white pepper to taste. Dip the tuna skewers in the mint sauce and enjoy them with friends and family!
