21.01.20 Risotto with Traditional Balsamic Put some oil in a saucepan and brown a little finely chopped onion.
Add the Vialone Nano rice and toast with a little bit of white wine.
Continue adding the broth until the rice is completely cooked.
At this point cream the risotto adding the butter, some grated Parmigiano Reggiano and a few flakes of cheese and a spoon of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.
Serve the risotto into the dishes and add a few drops of Traditional Extra Old Balsamic Vinegar.
